we know Gaz can't be the SK, but he could be the godfather
we know Mr Russ can't be the godfather, but he could be the SK

With the exception of Plissken and Runcle (although you could come up with a theory that says Runcle is the SK, but you'd need a hooker from somewhere) the rest of us could be mafia or sk.

There's 9 of us left, so we've got time on our side as the SK can only kill one person a night.

I guess the sk would kill Runcle tonight? By killing a confirmed townie it'll give us less to go on. Plissken is safe until the doctor goes.

I suspected GJ for a couple of days, but I'm less convinced now.

I'm going to have a see if I can dig up anything on Rev Owen and come back later.

On the first night I trusted comical and feared we might not have a doctor so I did a shot in the dark to see if I could block the goon out to kill him.
The second night there was still uncertainty so I was going to roleblock him to see if he had any info the next day. Turning my role into an investigation role which seemed better than a clueless role block of someone.

Fair enough. Although had he lived to tell us that he was roleblocked, would you have revealed yourself to back him up? Would seem like a bit of a dodgy tactic.

Can anyone get in touch with the Rev off the forum, actually? I wasn't happy with voting for Chris without him being able to defend himself, it doesn't seem right to vote for Rev without him having the same chance. Especially considering that, if I'd had to wait 5 minutes longer in the checkout at the supermarket, I'd have come back to find myself voted off without the chance too!

Craster - when did you say the deadline was? An hour from when you reopened the thread?

Anyone fancy reading through day 2 and offering a second opinion on this?

The Rev Owen kept accusing and voted for Curiosity. He only voted for him at the start and then jumped on the GJ and Mr Chris bandwagons although he kept saying he suspected him.
He also said that Gaywood was always mafia on day 1.

Does it read like a man distancing himself from his goons or not?

My head hurts too much now.

Plissken is no danger to the SK, but he does know that he can't kill him while the doctor is still alive.
Owen has got the Doctor defence in, and it makes no sense for us to lynch him because we may well lose Plissken overnight and he could still find our last mafia man. Investigate Owen would probably be a good idea?

If Owen is the doctor, there's no need for the SK to kill him, because we'll probably do it for him tomorrow.

So, I guess:
1. See if we have a counter-claim
2. Lynch someone that isn't the doctor
3. Plissken investigates someone else
4. SK kills someone
5. Plissken tells us something good.

The person registering most of my shifty-meter hasn't been voted for. And I don't really think voting for Jasmine is all too terribly wise. Having sat down and worked it out, I have three suspects for the role of SK:

Mr Russ
Joans
Goddess Jasmine

Of that, we know Mr Russ is not Mafia. I will investigate one of the others tonight. No matter where you hide the chianti, I'll find it.

This is based on three assumptions:

I take Lace and Malcs roleclaims of townie as truth.
Gazchap cannot be the SK, as he was roleblocked last night.
The Godfather is left and cannot kill without his goons.

Now, all this thinking is hurting my head. I need to kick down a door or two. Show me I'm wrong.

But you never did. You did vote for Curiosity though, and that's why I started to suspect you less after we found out he was mafia.

While you have no reason to believe me at all, all your logic is sound.
Add what I know (I'm a townie) to what you've got there and you have Mr Russ is the SK and Goddess Jasmine is the Godmother Godfather. This assumes nobody else is lying though, and it's a bit unfair on Jas to disbelieve her townie claim (or mine) because Lacesensor and Malc got there first.

If we're going to lynch anyone, make sure it's not the doctor, then you'll still be alive to tell us something in the morning.

Fuck, sorry everyone. I've been out of the village on an unexpected holiday which we won on a DonRadio competition. It was all a bit of a surpriswe. It was a phone-in compo, and we had to guess the identity of the local serial killer! And would you believe it, we got it right. So we've had a lovely relaxing few days staying in the in-laws' cottage. Alright, it's their radio station, and they rigged the competition so we won. But still. Malc is guilty as all git out.
