I voted for Runcle. Do I have to unvote Myp?

Vote counter still has you down for Myp. Oddness.

Grim... any ideas why this is broken?

I suspect today will time out. It's the Grimlet's first birthday tomorrow and my alien wife* has invited 50 people to our flat, so don't expect much from me :(

I suspect it's because of the fucked-up quote in his post.

I think some people are a little shellshocked after yesterday

Grim... is probably right and this day will timeout and we'll lose a chance to lynch because its the weekend

Nah, it's just because it's Friday night, and people are out having lives.
What?

I can't decide whether Grim... is dodgy or whether those pointing out that his manner looks dodgy are dodgy.

So I'm mightily confused. For the time being though, I'm going to err on the side of Grim... being a goodie, and therefore [vote:Bluecup] as it was he that drew attention to Grim...'s changed posting style.

urgh, not think the deadline should be extended since its the weekend, the lack of involvement is worrying.

Yeah, days should never time out at a weekend, preferably. When I ran my game I just set the timeout to 10am Monday. That gave work people an hour to figure out what they wanted to do. ;)

I'm not convinced it should change now though, what with 80 minutes to go.
Remember, Mr Benevolant Alien, tell me stuff!

I'm not altering the deadline. People had all day yesterday to do things if they wanted to.

The night actions will time out on Monday.

But I do agree that timing out over the w/e isn't a good idea, but perhaps we as a town should have talked about that and decided what we wanted to to a bit quicker.

Indeed. I think it's too late to get any sort of lynch together now. There's an outside chance there are three kills going to happen tonight; fingers crossed the aliens and mafia kill each other.

True enough. If anyone was close to a lynch I'd vote for them, but no-one is, are they?

If everyone thinks like that, then no one would ever vote.

You're just being silly now, we have 45 min to go and very few people online. Why are you trying to goad me into voting for someone?

A declaration of intent, whether it leads to a vote or not, is still useful. Anyone who hasn't voted today has avoided giving away information - which is in itself suspicious.

Voting now, of course, is fairly meaningless as you could vote for anyone you like, safe in the knowledge that it won't lead to a lynching.

Exactly. You could just as validly argue someone voting this late when it cannot possibly lead to a lynch is just a bad guy trying to look involved.

Quite. Doesn't explain why you've remained silent for the last 36-odd hours though.

I've voted for Gaywood.

A bit of willful misdirection there, mayhaps?

Yesterday I was mostly catching up on Beex Weex, so I didn't think about AlienScum at all until mid afternoon, and I was on Xbox all last night.

I haven't been silent either. I did contributed a few posts, including pointing out that a few people have been downplaying the Mafia threat a little. If the Mafia recruited last night and got either a second killer or a bodyguard, I think they could be quite dangerous still.

Despite the deaths, accusations and the sneaky glances, nobody is lynched on Day Three.

Night falls.

Night Actions are to be delivered by 10am on Monday.
