Voting for malc at this point makes little sense - he's the only one who's admitted to having something special happen to him overnight. 'Mauve' might be useless, or it could turn out to be something important related to investigation. Admittedly, it could be someone doing something to Malc, rather than Malc having the ability (like a psychic or something), but it's still a lot better than nothing.

Going off the opening post of today and looking at the sheriffs ability I'm guessing the bad guys have the ability to kill and possibly recruit (Contact I expect) in the same night. If they don't know they are baddie's then surely they can't choose which skill to use and surely both occur at the same time, which makes them very powerful characters and in the case of fair game I can't see them being more than 2 or 3.

Maybe there is more than 3 bad guys and we all have an ability at night, and we just hit bad luck. The only other thing I noticed was that Trooper seems a bit number obsessed in most of his posts, which I'm finding pretty strange since he was doing this yesterday when apparently we knew nothing about ourselves. Maybe he's recalling his occupation as a Maths teacher back out in the real world or maybe he's some number-obsessed psychopath.

I don't think malc is a good option to vote for at this point, I really think that the two people who targeted our dead friends are going to start to try and push some suspicion on to others at this point, to try and avoid being voted or targeted and find out tonight if they really are bad and it wasn't coincidence.

Ironically after that, i'm going to have to vote for someone, which is basically doing the same thing!

Now I fully understand that it would be simple to lie about it, but I didn't.

Now it is possible that Boobies swapped the 'target' and 'contact' names around in the background (I admit I 'contacted' zaphod), but as at some point in the night (presumably when we are doing the actions) we have our full memories back, we should be compos-mentis enough to get them the right way around, so I will assume that if you 'targetted' Malia or Zaphod last night, then you are probably an evil killing machine.
Or my halitosis sent zaphod into toxic shock the moment I opened my mouth to talk, and it really was my fault.

As an extra suggestion for tonight, just sending 'boobies' is not massively useful, so maybe if we plan to send 'boobies-???' insert random word of your choice here, and then if it gets revealed, you will know that it was your contact that got through and not just a fortuitous clash.

I too don't know who to vote for. Only four hours until enforced bedtime, too.

If we voted no lynch, nothing would happen. Then during the night, two killers would remember they are killers and take a free shot at us.
If we vote to lynch, it is literally a pot shot. I don't know if this is going to change on any future days either if we had two investigators with us and both are dead, what are the odds of us having anymore? It is conceivable that we will simply be taking potshots every day until this ends. However, this appears to be the only action we can take.
We have assumed two killers, maybe one is on our side and got unlucky?
Regardless, I think we need to vote to lynch. I also don't feel like we're at an abnormal disadvantage yet. If we all had our memories, we still wouldn't trust each other and our vote today wouldn't be much more than a shot in the dark. We will only suffer a disadvantage as time goes by and we can't learn anything from peoples day behaviour. Or actually, maybe we will. I suppose if they target people And get kills then they might change behaviour slightly?anyway, ill vote to lynch before this evening. In the meantime, I'm not voting for malc (today, not forever) because he took a risk and I don't want to punish people coming forward, that's a bad precedent.

look, we tried nolynch and two people died, what do we do? just let another two people snuff it, or try something else. anyway I find Malc's reaction to being only one of two people to get a message a bit laid back, I would be making a bigger deal of it and trying to work out why.

With all due respect, what i'm saying is that you were here and not saying anything (a single post with just a vote in it doesn't count as talking), the only thing that forced you to say something was my vote. Does that strike you as the actions of someone trying to help us out?

What can we do, either I have a special property, or one of the people who targeted me have a special property, the only way we can work that out is to see what happens in the morning. To see if I get any more messages, or if anyone else does.
