Sorry - I AM reading everything, but everyone is posting so many different scenarios, and ALL of them seem plausible to me, so I don't have much to add, and as I can't vote for anyone either, any posting from me at the moment wouldn't have any value for either opinion or action.

Dudley was one of my first suspicions along with Goddess Jasmine, but as I said a lot of information has been thrown into the mix now which has muddied my views somewhat.

I'll keep with Pundabaya, we'll find out soon enough if the other two aren't who they say they are. Kill one and we may well lose both. Leave them alive, and we probably lose one. And actually even if bat turns him tomorrow, Dr Quinn medicineJokerLover gets someone in arkham. So if you see someone else in Arkham you'll assume Pundy is Robin when that's no indication at all.

The mood in Gotham is ugly as Dudley is dragged to the gallows, screaming about the unfairness as it all. The drop is good and the death is quick, to the disappointment of some.

The town run to Dudley's apartment. The first thing they notice are the cat pictures of the walls. Then the cat trinkets carefully placed on shelves. Then the PVC cat suit lying neatly on the bed. Then the rather rude anime cat-girl pictures under the bed.

Dudley was Catwoman, just as he claimed to be.

Night actions by midday tomorrow at the latest, please, though this afternoon would be just super.
