Is that the same business partner that, ages ago, was leaving weird semi-threatening notes for you and generally just being a total mentalist? Is he still mad or did he get over it? Sorry, I realise that's no use for the issue at hand but it reminded me to ask. |

It is the same business partner indeed. Thankfully that sort of thing is in the past and he apologised for his behaviour. Things have fortunately been fine since. I've tried sending various serial numbers to the customer but none seem to work. GAH. I wish he'd take more care on things like this. |
