Far too much Red Bull on Saturday night led to the need to compose a list. A list of the top 10 most awesome people on TV. It was much more of a challenge than initially expected and ended up taking two hours - so I want to see your lists.

Rough rules - TV characters only. No real people, no films, no animation.
Awesome criteria: Gets the best lines/wisecracks, is badass, gets all the chicks/dudes.

I agree with the OP list. However, you have criminally left off Alan Shore and Denny Crane.

Unfortunately, because it was a joint list, we both had to have seen the programme. And Grim... has never seen Boston Legal so Denny and/or Alan couldn't go on the list.

Francis (Malcolm in the Middle) - one of the few things to make me want an older sibling.
Steve McBride (Shameless) - not a name I'd recognise (had to Google it), but James McAvoy's character in Shameless' first series is pretty much one of the coolest (if inevitably flawed) people I've seen on TV.
