Think I can manage 9th of August free-time wise. I'd have to watch the pennies (no FTFY there, thanks) as it'd be six days before payday, but I think I can. Let me check my world of expenditure - as I'm moving house on 1st of July and music festivalling on Aug 15th. (Should be able to though.)

I disagree. Myoptika's done a sterling job - and believe me, I'd be the first to criticize otherwise. It's the high-LARIOUS efforts to turn this into some kind of 'Let's all meet! Down south a bit, so we can all come!*' meet, that's the problem. Or at least, it will be until they find that all the Midlands folk just shrug and work it out secretly. The Welsh folk meanwhile just say 'Let's meet up on Tuesday, there's lovely', because Wales is just one small village without electricity anyway.

Hooray, Pen and Wig on Tuesday!

Although my two mates might be there on the lash anyway, one of them is Wondergnome and he's technically a forum member despite having a baby and not being arsed to post on here after all.

I plan to have a nice big spliff before setting out, then sitting quietly at the end of the table ogling students. Made friends with a couple of rather pleasing young ladies there last night, with any luck theyll be there too, with twenty identekit mates who are all drunk, or something.

Perhaps we could co-ordinate to do a weekend at Retrovision or something next year? We could have running battles in the streets of Oxford with the YakYak boys, and I could fight exclusively with Zardoz or someone, as we are fence sitting tards.
