I've been drinking water by the gallon today - I didn't realise how dehydrated I was. I still haven't been for a wee, though.

The upshot is that I'm feeling a million percent better than I was yesterday.

Are we likely to go anywhere that would need us to dress reasonably smart, or will jeans & trainers be an acceptable form of attire?
Are we going to do anything on sunday, so should I bring shower stuff and a change of clothes, or shall I just skulk stinkily off to my car on sunday morning?

Jeans and trainers will be suitable attire. I believe you will be going to scruffy pubs, which in my opinion are the best kind. There is a possibility of me dragging y'all to a rock club, but don't worry, their dress code doesn't require you to wear pvc trousers.

Depending on hungover state we could go for a pub lunch on Sunday, so I'd say bring washing things and a change of clothes anyway. I can provide towels. Oooh I'm so generous.

Well, even if I didn't have a flat to clean, there's no way I can come now. I've just gone back to my car to drive home and some fucker has reversed into the driver's side wing, denting the panel and putting his green paint all along a scratch on the side of the car.

If you REALLY want to come, and are willing to forego some of that house re-arranging etc. I am happy to detour to Shrewsbury to collect you... it might cheer you up to come and take your mind off things. I can also show you the nice dent in the front of my car that some thoughtless cunt left for me a year ago. Short of putting a self-tapping screw into it and tugging it out, I have no idea how it could be fixed.

Or you might be busy sorting out flat and car repairs and insurance now.
