Yeah aiming for 7:30pm but as usual please allow a little leeway as I try to wrestle two kids to bed. We managed to convince Neve to go her first night without a dummy last night and she didn’t go to sleep until the back of ten ?:| hopefully that means she’s tired today and will settle quickly tonight! :S

Yeah that’s fine, hope Neve is more settled tonight for you.

We all like to squee a bit and calm down before your arrival anyway. And may I be the first to say today, don’t bother with your earphones JUST USE YER LAPTOP MIC :DD

Level up to level 3 which gives you access to more spells. One more 1st level and now two 2nd levels as well.

I've gone for the college of valour. Which I apparently can't put on dndbeyond. Proficiencies in investigation (now +5) and performance (+7)

I've also just discovered I could be using 3xbardic inspiration per rest, rather than the one I thought I were allowed.

I :luv: our wee D&D group, I’m having such a good time playing through this even if I do sometimes forget the names of NPC’s because they all get renamed by you within a minute of meeting them :DD

Thanks for being a shining light in a week of crappy news, I’m a massive procrastinator so I’m glad I finally got my act in gear a couple of years after first posting to float the idea of a D&D game.

Same. And same(ish) always wanted to play, and it's better than I ever imagined.

Thanks for being the backbone for our strange adventures. Fucking love it.

I could. Or I could manually add the proficiencies it gives me and then just remind people in the future that my bard dice are even betterer than they were before and can be used for things like extra damage.

Zardoz was at it as well tonight! Sister Wendy, Siouxsie and one other I can’t remember but which I’m 100% certain was a terrible pun.

The residents of Phandalin are going to start finding it quite unsettling if you spend a whole day there without parading a corpse through the streets.

Ivo would like the Scroll of Augery, if possible, so he can copy it down into his spooky book and use it to commune with Xunt. It might be good for Myptik the Diviner to copy it as well , but i dont know if both of us can. He'd quite like the waterproof satchel too, to keep his books dry!

I think Shuu should have the eyepatch, to add to his rakish charm.

Thanks for finding me in that sarcophagus, I only laid down to have a quick nap while I waited for you and before I knew it days had passed...

I feel like I still haven't got the balance right on when to get involved and when to sit back - I was possibly a bit too passive tonight. But I've been struggling the last week or so I didn't have a lot of energy. And mechanically speaking I'm a ways behind the rest of you through less participation. I'll get there though.

This week was a finishing up of loose ends and catching up with NPCs so it would feel tougher for you to get involved in the RP when you’ve not had all the context from the last session. Next week we deal with the zombies and advance to the Banshee and both of those things are clean slates so it should be a lot more accessible for you.

I hope you enjoyed it anyway. You got to witness the joy of the proprietor of Costa coffee. I really think I’ve got her down to a tee now.

Also, always shout out any ideas. We’re all still learning the possibilities of what we can do and the mechanics of it all.

Magicy types: looking ahead with spells you'd want to acquire, are there any of those gems required to cast em?

Things to do!

1-Get et by zombs
2-banshee
3-find smith in town to bask in glory
4-go to Inn
5-enquire aroond toon for builders to fix our Den
6-build a kennel to keep dodgy wizard in. with a 24 hour armed guard watching for odd movements/noises from it.

I wonder what treasure the Zombies have!

Are they the freshly buried dead making their way back to the mine?
