Ah, cheers but I'm up in the North East (County Durham, you may have seen our magnificent Shore de la Geordie on your televisual box) so it looks like the train station. That's excellent either way, though, so consider me confirmed :D

I got the train last time, it's a 5-10 minute walk from the station to the bus, that takes you to within 10-15 mins walk of the cottage.

If you are walking (or indeed getting going by car) just remember to take the left, and not the right, after you go over the trainline bridge...

Heh. Also, don't ask someone (me) on the road who will then tell you (Gaywood) to go the wrong way.

In fairness, Riles sent us to a petrol station that didn't exist.

Turns out that the deposit is 600 quid, not 500, so more deposit cash monies would be appreciated, as I sent off the cheque today.

I'm afraid I have to bail on this now. Had a message from a friend that they have brought their wedding forward from next March (in Canada) to the 14th October (not in Canada).

Rumours that the sound of shotgun cartridges being loaded was heard at the time are as yet unconfirmed.

Hah!
That's ambitious.
It speaks volumes about my career that over a year after the last cottage event I'm still going to be at risk of redundancy from the same position.

Isn't it about time you two stopped being obnoxious pricks? You act like a pair of playground bullies sometimes and it isn't particularly amusing (except to each other, I suspect).

Oh, fuck off, Myp. How come it's fine to get into people's faces when they're not your besty buddy?

[edit](Or, of course, not you doing it)

Aw maaaaan, I would so be up for this. But we'll be taking the long, horrible journey home on the Monday. Might even resemble a roller-coaster if there's a good swell....4hrs on a boat beats Alton Towers, any day :spew: :'(

The correct units of measurement for awesome are milliMalis, where MaliA=1 milliMali.
