A friend of mine has a Baja Beetle. Slow as fuck, but the attention it brings is unreal, i've had some show-off cars in the past, but the Baja tops them all easily.



My dad just chopped in his XF for a new Freelander. The XF was a lovely car, great interior and by all accounts extremely nice to drive.

I'd park the Koenisegg, the Miura, the DB5 and the 250 outside somewhere or other and wait for a crowd of people to hang about and take photos and stuff, then, I'd run the cars over in my T34, put the bits back into the 306 and Multipla and then post bits of them to the presidents of the owner's club from time to time to remind them that it's only metal at the end of the day. I'd also stick the clip on youtube.

2. Range Rover 4.4TDV8, diesel for me simply as I don't think there is much in it performance wise and as I've said before, if I wanted a silly 4x4 I'd get a Cayenne Turbo. Also, I'd like to do more than 250 miles on a tank of fuel.

I like proper big coupes that can carry four people, not two adults and two amputees, and I have a serious soft spot for this one.

Playboy wankers' car IMO - ironically enough, it's too fucking heavy, for one.

I've never been that big a fan of the Murcielago, it's almost too big, whereas the Gallardo is nice and compact.

Veyron - fucking horrible. Fantastic technical achievement, no doubt, but you can't say it's a pretty car.

McLaren F1 - never was too keen on it's looks, but you can't deny the "road head" advantages of having the driver's seat situated in the middle of two passenger seats

They're absolutely gorgeous. Literally the only supercar in years that I've really noticed. I'll just have nine of those, I'll keep one to just look at and the rest can all be backups so that at least one will be working at any given time.

See, I too prefer the 'compactness' of the Gallardo over the Murcielago.

Also, and this is going to be the controversial bit, I'm not that taken with the 458. I still think the 430 is Ferrari's nicest looking car. I have actually driven past a black 458 one evening when I was working in Marlow - sadly it was wrapped around the crash barrier on one of the bridges over the A404.

Looks-wise, I'd take the F355 over the F430 every day of the week. You can't argue with the F430's juniority (is that even a word?) though, which would no doubt help to reduce costly maintenance bills.
