It was good to see some of the old wrasslers return, and I really enjoyed seeing Heath Slater getting beating after beating (I've never hated the guy, if anything I've been starting to like him recently), but overall I found the 1000th episode of Raw a little underwhelming and unfulfilling.

Slater is annoying, but he sold that clothesline like an absolute pro.

Slater is the best heel they've got. Nothing is more satisfying than watching him get his ass-kicked. Will the WWE take advantage of this? Of course not.

Some good stuff on the show, though.

Liked the ending.

And Damien Sandow is the best.

WWE is not so great at the moment.

Apart from the Daniel Bryan & Kane 'anger management' storyline, which is awesome beyond words.

I've only heard on Twitter but apparently Jerry Lawler had a heart attack whilst announcing Raw last night.

Fingers crossed he'll be alright.

Apurptontly he was clinically dead for 20 minutes. I bet during that he was haunted by Tommy Dreamer's dead testicle.

As much as I hope Jerry gets better, the WWE could take this chance to freshen up it's commentary. Regal and Arn Anderson are both good choices, as would be Paul E. There is another choice, the hottest free agent in pro-wrestling today... Big Poppa Pump himself, Scott Steiner! Instant ratings!

Sounds like the wimmins division may be done with in the wee wee. Beth Phoenix left a couple of days ago and now Kellyx2's been fired.

The women's division has always been rubbish. They should just knock it on the head and be done with.

Beth Phoenix and Natalya are really good wrestlers. The models, not so much.

Sounds like for Myp's 2013 semi-porny calendar of WeeWee wimmins they'll have to dust off Mae Young again.

It's dress down day at work.

The extremely hot and insanely perky Italian girl in the office is wearing a tight Daniel Bryan 'YES! YES! YES!' t-shirt.

Oh my.

Pics or it didn't happen...

Seriously, she must be a real fan! Aren't wrestling T-shirts super expensive these days? A friend of mine paid over £30 for a crappy quality RAW T shirt the other week.

Remember the crazy WCW crowds? So many idiot drunken fans got their arses kicked. Usually by the ref.

Unfortunately Punk hit the wrong guy this time, but next time he goes into a crowd I bet everyone keeps their distance, and is nice and respectful.

CM Punk was in the crowd talking to Vince. A fan reached over to slap him on the back, and CM Punk got confused and nailed a guy behind him (not the the guy that touched him).

He hit a fan who could've been a plant. Then he hit a water-cooler and the rest of the office equipment.

This is the video I saw, which doesn't seem that bad:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... EEnAssOZ78
But you're right, that other one makes it look way worse. Still not convinced the guy he hit actually did anything, though.

There was a security guy right there only ten seconds before - where the fuck did he go?

Was that edited somehow? On the video I posted, the security guy doesn't turn up till afterwards. But Raw is live isn't it? Strange.

Apparently a guy was hassling Punk, punched him in the kidneys, and then legged it. Punk swung round to hit him, but missed and nailed the wrong chap.

Original assailant was bragging about it on Twitter.

Yep. Good reading though. The one aboot Regal at the end made me chuckle. I used to work with his cousin who used to see him often at fambly shit.

RAW this week was actually fucking brilliant. Some top quality matches:

Mysterio vs Bryan
Cena vs Ziggler
Seamus vs Cesaro
Sandow vs Ryder
Punk vs Kane

But also some really good promos.

Dean Ambrose. Oh he rules.

Raw was pretty entertaining this week. Punk was on form with the mic, and there was a couple of really good matches.

Obviously still best watched with the fast forward button to hand, but they're starting to ramp up towards the Rumble and Wrestlemania.
