Interesting... the video doesn't show much of what you can actually do, I'll wait and see if there's a demo or something. Traffic Giant was great at first but the unpreventable vehicle crashes and fact that once you got going you just bought as many vehicles as you could until your PC ground to a halt trying to process it all kind of spoiled the fun.

It's made by Paradox Interactive, which means:
a) It'll be FAB
b) It'll have huge, glaring, how-the-fuck-did-they-miss-that-?! bugs that'll be patched out a month later
c) NO ONE WILL BUY IT
d) except me
e) I'm great
