Cobbled together an access log tracker in excel that notes who had a look and when and then seems to quietly save itself.

Love it.

I remember saving a notepad document with .log as the first line back in win98 days and being amazed that it could convert it into the date and time the file was opened.

I added a time cell and a SAVE. The saving box appears briefly

Ah, I'm fine with that if opened in excel. I thought you meant it showed the date when opened in notepad

Just tried this. Works for me. Russ and I must be special.

EDIT: you have to write:
Code:
.LOG

Well done on getting all your work done Jazzy. Does this mean you will be cottaging? Missed you at the BBQ (I did tell Joans to let you know I was sad not to be able to cry all over your boobs but not sure if he passed on the sentiment :DD )

Had a speculative moan on email at Nokia Health as our baby monitor broke (they bought the company who made it)

I suspect that my son was part of the issue (USB power socket was broken), but they had abandoned it app wise and I couldn't find a new battery as that was made in the US.

2 emails later they offered me a voucher for 50% off a new one, on the condition I sent the old one back on a free post service.

Was expecting to be told to piss off as it was 4 years old :)

I've finally moved house! It's taken forever. Sale not helped by our buyer being Bulgarian and spending half his summer back home. And also not helped by the owners of our new house going separate ways so having to find two properties. New place feels massive so totally worth it. Right, I'd better go and attack the mountain of packed belongings.

Minor nay: No broadband till the 13th :'(

My brother opened a box in my mom and dads loft the other day and found a book that he hadn't seen since they moved in there... in 1991.
