I received a phonecall from an old work colleague on Friday informing me of an opening for a web designer at his new place of work asking if I was "still into all that?"

I informed him I was very much into all that, cobbled together a hasty CV and they got back in contact by about 10am on Monday morning to ask me to take a practical test of reviewing a couple of their competitor's sites and designing a Twitter background.

Easy stuff, yes?

Pay's not quite as high as I'd hoped it might be, but it's a 5k improvement on here. Plus they're not getting bought out by a competitor.
