Boss has told me this comes with a 4% bonus. Which is not too bad.

Now do I buy a shed, buy lego or be sensible and pay off my credit card :)

Pay off your credit card.

And I say that as someone with terrible money management skills.

Credit card.

While it's boring, it's the right thing to do.

Wanting a nosey I clicked the link and have to complete a captcha screen to even view the (van?), but somehow failed four times to identify what a bus was in a screen of buses.

Why do I need a security check to even view the page?

My friend is visiting Austria (her home country) and is touring around the mountains. On the day she arrived I said that I’d not be able to stop myself Julie Andrewsing the entire place up, and since then she’s sent me pictures of schnitzel, noodles (though not together, she says it would be a very strange combination to have together and you usually have it with dill potatoes), warm apple strudel and now…

Some actual nuns.

My day is made.

My mortgage is going to complete on the 24th. The house is officially mine after all this time.

Feels quite exciting.

It has taken longer than it should, has cost more money than needed. The mortgage rate is not as good as it was, but yes the house is mine (well will be in 21 years) :)

I don’t know. I need to wait for my solicitors to hear back from the lenders.

It has taken the best part of a year a lot of money so far.

Kinda reminded me why we got divorced.

Finally, as of Monday, the house is mine....

Just to let you know, I have now heard from your lender and they have confirmed that they are satisfied with the arrangements of your ex-wife’s IVA and they are happy to proceed.

As such we are in a position to proceed on Monday.
