I've been waiting on a visa to move to the US to be with my Fiancee and today I had the interview at the embassy and it was approved. So in a few weeks I'll be moving across the pond.

Don't need COD when you can do some real life FPS over in the USA

I haven't been playing cod with anyone. The constant having to download 300gb every time you want to play gets frustrating.

Assuming all weddings are like my wedding, the hangover is only just receding.

Congratulations, @nickachu!

How does your fiancé feel about you suddenly getting married?! She must be livid.

That's a significant delay... just like that lag switch, but in real life this time.

I was slowly getting closer to a decent reward on Maximiles, filling out surveys and clicking the odd link. But I still needed a few thousand points, so tried the old (if you remember the WoS days) 'trick' of a gambling offer. Required spending £20, so I put that on roulette (red/black, little on green). To make sure I'd fulfilled their requirements, and seeing the initial £20 as a write-off, I'd idly played half of it on various slot machines. I got bored and left just over £10 in there.

Then waited.

It paid out on Maximiles after two months, as they'd said.

The minimum amount to payout is £20, so I put £10 on black. It won, they've paid me back £20.88. Stake covered, reward ordered.

Ace. I did the WOS maximilses trick and got myself a new Xbox 360, a load of gift vouchers for Christmas and a lovely gift from Debenhams for the wife.

It was great. I made hay while the sun shone and made a killing.
