We should have a fancy dress party on Saturday with a nerdy sci-fi theme or something.

I did PM Curio, but he didn't respond.

and other might know anyway

For some reason my paypal account is suspended, and I can't do anything about it at the moment, but I know I paid someone via paypal recently (I think they had a url, and I just put my card number in) Can Curio do that fairly easily (or can someone else, and then I pay you and you pay him on my behalf?)

Thanks

Malc

Just a thought - if we have the house until Monday morning, is anyone staying Sunday night? Or are we vacating on Sunday afternoon?

Yes, but due to an administrative error you'll have to share it with Dimrill.

The management regrets this error, but not as much as you will.

I will ask the wife how long she wants to stay. I'd definitely be up for staying the Sunday night as well, but it also depends on who is giving us a lift.

I almost booked time off for this today! Then I realised I wasn't sure how long it was for, so I reported someone to the UKBA instead.

They're probably crying right now! :D

So anyway, I will on monday.

Hypothetically, how late can I leave upgrading to a +1, or is it already too late? Hypothetically, my potential +1 won't know if she's moving to Japan til the end of August and may, hypothetically, be moving before Unplugged.

Which, hypothetically, makes starting a hypothetical relationship now hypothetically bonkers.

You can let me know whenever you like, though before September 1st is ideal, as that's when I need to pay.

There's still plenty of space at the moment. Latecomers just get last pick of the bedrooms.

:)

Typically Hell's Bells is having to work on the Friday as it's a training day which she can't book off >:| Which means we'll be there between 6-8pm. Myp/Ange we can pick you up if you're thinking of public transporting it like fools.

A pick up would be lovely, thanks. What's your estimated pick up time? I was going to book the afternoon off work but may be able to get away with just leavig an hour earlier or something. Will you be staying Sunday night as well?

Mabbe, haven't made our minds up yet. Hell will leave work in Stafford around 4pm meaning she'll get home about 4:30ish. 15-20 mins for refreshing and stuff and we'll be off to Ye. Probably get to you about 6ish, then another 30 mins or so to The Cottage of Delights.

So I kind of started my secondment in Birmingham today, and it doesn't look too horrible on the 'me having these four days off' front.

So I guess I should be furnished with some bank details please, Mr Curiosity!

And naturally, anyone living between Solihull and whereverthehellwe'regoing can have a lift.

We'll probably bus it as we've got the day off work and would like to get down there reasonably early. Ta for the offer, though. :)

£46 return (well 2 singles, return is actually double that!) is not too bad I guess for 8 hours on the train...

Our plan is to get the number 38 local bus (Arriva) from Derby city centre to Stendon Hills. That's about a 10 minute walk/short pik up distance from the house. It's £2.10 for a single I believe. What time does your train get into Derby?

I might be able to pick you up from the station depending on the time and stuffs.

Also, does it really take 8 hours by train? Truro to Sheffield was only about 6.5 hours, and I'm 99% sure that went via Derby.

I need to pay the balance by September 1st. So bung it towards my direction at the end of this month.

Yeah, but the map link only gives a vague location and you can't zoom in much.
