Umm, but tried as a man who (if the report on the radio was correct) has defrauded 5 million pounds. I'm willing to bet that anyone non-famous would attract at least that sentence, to be honest.
It's refreshing when the offender doesn't get off scot free just because they've been in a movie or a pop song or something.
