How to send free SMS to Cyprus?

My girlfriend is in Cyprus, and I'd like to text her for free.

I have seen this site, which looks like it can do what I want.

However, I wasn't sure how to do it, when texting to a UK phone number that is in Cyprus, do I have to use a British code (44) or Cypriot code (357)?

To send a text to a British phone in the states is +44, I assume this would be as well.

I can confirm, if a UK phone goes abroad then it keeps it's uk area code.

she might be liable to pay for any texts you send her, she should check her roaming contract. (When I go to another country I get a text telling me how much texts and calls cost to receive and make)

Regardless of the costs involved, you just dial her normal UK number.
