Very, very good article Mr Trousers, Sir. And I agree with almost all of it in a similar kind of (but not quite as) old, wizened, crabbit and decrepit way.

Great article, Trousers.
This is why I played Bioshock (1 and 2) on Easy. Anything higher, and I felt like the enemies just became massive bullet-sponges and reduced my fun and appreciation of the setting to this: none. And it didn't seem to add anything other than ‘shoot this enemy in the head more than usual, and he'll die’ which obviously isn't any fun at all.
