I didn't see the game, but saw that we scored some actual tries. Does this mean we're good again?

I was at Twickenham last SUnday. It was the first rugby game I've been too and what a game! It was excellent!

The atmosphere was brilliant too... Why can't football games be like that? I woudln't go mind you.. but I imagine it would save a couple of quid for the taxpayer and a lot of police time.

Twickers is a great place to see rugby, I have been 4 times now.

I would love to see a six nations match there

If we beat Scotland and Ireland beat Wales, England will finish 2nd.

I have mentioned this to my Welsh rugby fanatic boss a few times today.

The best variation is if England beat Scotland, Ireland beat Wales and France beat Italy by about 40 clear points then Wales end up in fourth.

England also likely to end up as both top points and try scorers for the tournament and with the individual top try scorer if you feel a need to wind him up any more.

He may well mention Rikki Flutey's country of birth to which I suggest the response Sonny Parker and to point out that at least we've chosen a good antipodean to steal (let us not dwell on Vainokolo or Henry Paul).

Edit: Also 7 hours, you wuss, onto my second S14 game already.

eek, i'm a bit nervous about the rugby this afternoon. I hope Scotland put up a decent fight, they usually seem to pull something out of the bag for the England game.

That race between Evans and Monye was pretty awesome.

England need to stop giving the ball away. It seems like they've been told not to kick the ball away, but we're getting to positions where a little tap kick might work wonders, but are instead just running into touch, which helps nobody!

Hope Ellis is okay. Looks like he dived head first into the other fella's hip. Knocked out cold.

Yeah that looked pretty nasty, I hope he's ok. Shame Evans didn't score a try for us he did brilliantly, as did Mike Blair. I think Scotland deserve a try because we have been playing quite well but looks like we're not winning this one.
Now I need to start fretting about the football at the end of the month. Scotland play Holland a week today-eek!

Also, IRB say England officially better than Wales. ;)

Decent weekend for England, second place finish, up to sixth in the rankings and got rid of the record for longest period at a venue without a win to Scotland.

Now could someone fire this useless Sonia woman who's doing her usual embarassing interviews.

Yeah, but that looks better.

So England end with the fewest points against, tied top points for and in 2nd place, who'd've thought that after the first 3 games?

Even scarier is if they'd have won their game v Ireland they'd have won the whole damn thing!

Surprised when it was announced, looks like they're either looking to be expansive or peppering the fullback with kicks and hoping for a decent chase.

As a taff, I was quietly confident, what with Byrne coming back, but Twatland (as he will be known) has dropped a few bombshells.

Williams at hooker will lower the grunt of the scrum (but a decent pick with GSE out),but picking Clarteris at lock may somewhat undo our power come scrum time - I'd like to have seen Gough alongside A-W J...

Cooper is a shit scrum half, but probably better/more experienced than those available...

Oh I dunno, England by 5?!
