Oh boy. According to a Gamasutra report, several members of the Crackdown development team - including lead designer Billy Thomson - have formed a new development studio. And "may" be working on Crackdown 2.

The "form a new studio" bit, that's legit. They're called Ruffian Games, and are based in Dundee, Scotland. But the Crackdown bit?

Gamasutra only state that there are "unconfirmed reports" that the studio are working on it at the moment. Though it's certainly possible, what with the composition of this team, the fact they're not at Realtime (who developed Crackdown) working on APB and the fact Microsoft got awful coy the other day about the possibility of a second Crackdown.

I rebuilt my exact same model laptop on Wednesday - took me 2 and a half hours from scratch, including getting all the apps I use set up. What were you doing that took 3 days?

All out stuff is delivered by SMS, depending what Teir depends on what applications you can use. So you have to wait for one app to install rebeet, etc, await the next one...etc

I have been given my old videocamera that has been lost for the best part of 3 years! It still has a tape in it that I am watching with me as a teenager, camping, me moving to shropshire, my mum, an ex boyfriend and much more! I am so happy I have got it back and I am going to be going mad and recording everything with it because I've missed so much!

I am really really happy :)

I don't understand how while sitting down with my iPhone, perfectly still, the signal strength can vary from moment to the next from none to full, while it drops the full wi-fi connection and fails to pick up the GPRS connection. Is the iPhone this shit, connectivity-wise, or are airborn signals just very inconsistent from minute space to space of air?

Last I spoke to Grim... about it, it looked like Apache gives up halfway through serving the page. I think it actually kills the entire child process. That makes no goddamn sense though. Next time I see Grim... on IM I'll ask him for an update.
