I found the first series ok. Couldn’t watch the second, though.

5 episodes of West World and I swear I haven’t seen a single pair of tatties. Borderline unwatchable.

I've still got this week's left to watch, last season I was watching it as soon as I got up the next day, this year...meh.

I’m feeling your pain. Episode 5 is probably the worst episode yet despite 4 being rather great.

It's just people in costumes running about, now. They aren't even trying.

I'm enjoying it but it's definitely not a patch on the last season.

Loved everything about it.

I haven’t been, like, super interested in Brooklyn Nine-Nine in a while. I mean, I’ll watch it and enjoy it, but I used to laugh my ass off and it became just routine and hum drum.

Not tonight though. Great episode.

Shame if you missed it.

NuRoseanne is surprisingly good.

The third episode is properly funny.

"The Americans" finished this week at the end of it's 6th season. I've enjoyed it from day one, but it's always very satisfying when a show gets a proper planned ending at the right time, with real character development and plausible choices taken.

Yeah, that was a really great episode. Great characters, story telling, cinematography and the tale it had to tell was focused. Shame the rest of this season couldn’t do the same.

There is a new version starting in a couple of days, which seems to combine forged in fire with ninja warrior, as far as I can tell from the advert. Lots of people running round on an obstacle course, stabbing stuff.

Holy shit, this snuck up on me. Season 3 of Preacher just dropped on Amazon Prime.

Not heard anything about this season, but given I'm just about to finish Happy, I may have to take a short break before starting another wildly fucked up series.

I’m watching Barry. I like Barry.

Barry out of 10.

Actually, 5 episodes in and the woman who plays Sally is doing a fucking tremendous job as Sally.

Scratch that last score.

Sally point Barry out of 10.

I loved the whole series, but the final three episodes are next level.

Edit: has been confirmed for a second season already.

What an ending. I was going to go to bed an hour ago but I got stuck with “just one more” until it was “I might as well watch the last one.”

I’ve never been a fan of Bill Hader but he was great and the supporting cast was fantastic.

I only picked it up because of some talk on Reddit which mentioned a gun scene. Thank fuck I watched that. Superb.

Henry Winkler's performance is worth a nod, too. He really brings the levity, which I think is a key element of the show.

And Noho Hank (that dude who plays Zsasz in Gotham) is hilarious.

Grim...'s comment about flags in the World Cup thread reminded me that I was watching the 'Model UN' episode of 'Parks and Recreation' recently and an extra at the 'security council' table had a badge and placename saying 'England' with the St George Flag, rather than 'United Kingdom'. Gah.

It's excellent. Throughout the first series there was a real sense that they weren't sure if what they were doing was any good, S2 is much more self-assured. Like the show in the show, I guess.

Currently watching S1 and, by God, Brie is superb to watch. The rest of the cast are really good as well.

It was alright in parts but even with all the editing it was pretty clear that some of them weren't buying any of it, at all, which is when it fell a bit flat. Probably wasn't helped by some of the piss poor make up.

Everything else was just terrible. Seriously, just awful, unwatchable crap.

I just don't find that sort of humour at all amusing.
It's the same with Philomena Cunk. I'm fine with her doing stupid monologues, but the second she starts interviewing people I have to skip ahead.
