Pester me with an invite, and I will. This is true for most things.

I want some Bezzie Mates Burning Out With Faces action. Does it matter that I am proper shit at the game?

I will also likely be on at some point.

Is any one else getting a sore hand from continually gripping the accelerator and the boost button? I fear* I may be growing a claw hand.

*I say fear, but secretly think it could be pretty cool.

No. The amount of pressure needed is probably far less than you're applying. This is common.

Or me, seeing as I played CoD4 and Burnout on the DAY GTA IV CAME OUT.

Truly I am a Bezziest for the Ages.

So did I.

Though, admittedly, GTA IV was not really an option for me.

365 Games sent me my camera three days ago now, so I hope it will be waiting for me when I stagger through the door, to greet you with my drooling ugly face.

Nice.

(and I too am developing a Beadle Hand (RIP))

Why so late? I'll turn up, I should think. Send me an SMS if I don't reply, because I'll be playing GT4 on my (sniff) PS3.

She doesn't know I have a 360 or Bezzie mates, so I wait for her to go to Bedford before digging it up out of the patio everynight. She goes to bed at 8.00pm it just takes me ages excavating.

Some quality Bezzie Burning action tonight, folks.

Thanks to everyone for playing and to Bobby for hosting it.

I'll forever have that rail-grind.

Excellent action.

Sorry.

We went through about 4 or so hosts before we actually got one with working voice.
And then one of us left, got replaced with some random (Note to host: make the games invite only, it defaults to open) - then our working host left, and a few of us ended up in a shitty silent room with a bunch of randoms, until me, Zardoz and Mark spent a while changing hosts until we got a working 3 player game. To which we invited you, having felt a bit rotten for losing you earlier.

So was the whole Brainiac thing a hoax then?

Oh right. I've never heard that before (but I guess people who live near Bedford don't say it for the obvious reasons).

'fraid so. I'm not even sure they're making the show any more.

Grim... LIED to us all that he had a new job on the show, and paraded around with his Brainiac T-Shirt on.

I forgive him though x

A message might have been nice, just to let me know what was going on. As far as I was concerned I got invited to two rooms where the voice thing wasn't working properly, then I just sat by myself when everyone left expecting another invite *any minute now* and assuming everyone had split up. And then I'm told "Wheee! We had great action last night! Sorry sheepeh, we'd rather play with a random than kick him out and invite you or just start again. You cunt."

Thanks, chaps. Thanks.

It works both ways - you could've sent a message to Dave or someone asking for an invite, assuming you could see them still playing the game?

Sowwy.

I didn't think there was a random in our group though. If there was then I blame Dimrill. It's all his fault. Or Grim for distracting us with his T-shirt.

Some of the names had a Joinable arrow, and some didn't; but every name said it was in a game with 8 players. I assumed everyone had split across games and I didn't fancy playing with a bunch of randoms myself so I just left it idling and went to play Guild Wars again.

Bobbyaro was the final host that it all actually worked on, so I thought he'd sent out the invites :( Sorry man, we'll make it up to you.

:this: Plus, the 8 we did have were all people we knew. it was only when one of them left that we acquired a random.

I have just this moment perfected all of the events on Burnout Revenge, netting me a lovely 165 gamerpoints in just one second. And having gone back to that after playing burnout paradise really does show how much better paradise is. Mainly as it's so much more fair, and also that I never needed to retry one event 50 odd times due to cars spawning next to you and ramming you into a wall. And I suppose that's why the entire lack of retry didn't really matter so much in the end. In all, it's just so much better considered. Also, in Revenge, you don't get to wear towels on camera for the amusement of all involved.
