Amazing how someone can still act like an arrogant twat even when they're grovelling. I did like the BBC's polite 'fuck off' though.

Also, I thought his name was Christian Zealot when I started reading. That would be an ace name.

That's great news. What appalling arrogance to bring a frivolous lawsuit, force an innocent party to spend a fortune defending it and then expecting them to foot the bill, against the wishes of the court.
