I have received deposits from the Hursts and Emelia, which cements second cottage, so I have requested the booking this morning. :D

Just to clarify, I won't sleep over if there is no second cottage.

But even if there is, Oct 31st is do or die day for me, so I can't confirm I won't be in the middle of a nervous breakdown either.

Thanks Jazzy - would be good to see you even if you are in the middle of a nervous breakdown

I'll do proper admin in due course but as there's been no further movement on ayes or deposits for a while, this is looking to be £131pp this year with both cottages definitely booked.

Really must needle Lord Rixondale to commit to this. Sorry, no Green Man for me Mali - at least I haven't bought a ticket yet anyway.

Last call for deposits pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease so that I can firm up final costs and start collecting monies.

Two points of note:
- one deposited attendee has enquired about bringing a small dog - are there any objections/allergies etc?
- we have two newbies this year!

I suggested to Gaz we bring back icing purely for the n00bs.

Approximately the size of one small dog.

(It looked like a Cockapoo but IDK)

Newbies are colleague + wife of Gaz. That is, the colleague and his wife, not Gaz's wife. That's me. Obviously.

Anyway, they're awesome and will fit in perfectly :luv:

If it's Wipeout, she is a Hungarian Puli I think Sarah said at Meatup, so standard dog size. You know, think of a dog, she was that big.

Under the chair on the right. I would call that a "small dog".

I am very aware of time quickly slipping away before this years cottage! There's a question mark over the attendance of the newbies because I've not received deposits, so I'm going to officially set the cost at £131pp and start taking final payments (either in part or in full). As everyone else has paid their deposits that means that unless you've already paid more, the balance to pay is now £111 each please.

If the newbies end up attending as hoped, that will bring the cost down by £9pp. If that happens, I can either put the money towards the bog roll and pizzas or issue refunds - but we can settle that closer to the time. Hope that's agreeable by all - any problems, just shout.

Balance payments to the same account as previous:

Kern has just made me realise I fucked up my maths (should not do this shit on a Monday morning)

It's £111 outstanding, not £101. I've updated my post but if you've just sent me £101 you still owe a tenner. Sorry guys  :'(

I have paid.

Slight thread hijacking, but would any attendees be interested in purchasing either:
An Xbox 360 Rock Band 1 wired guitar. Missing its USB bit, but they're less than a fiver on eBay.

Guitar Hero 4 for the PS4 (and presumably PS5, I'll test it). Game, guitar and dongly-thing.

Quiet nudge for payments as this month is flying and it'll be Time before we know it! I've also had two people drop out so I really need to assess the £££ situation ASAP.

Please can I ask those of you who have "IN"ed on behalf of non-beexy folks to nudge them on my behalf? Cheeeeeeeers.
