While it’s a relief it’s ended up not as close as it first appeared, it’s disconcerting that 70m people still voted for Trump despite what’s happened over the last four years. I just hope the nation can now heal and undo all the damage done. |

The opposition to anything that smacks of any kind of socialism seems to run pretty deep over there. |

Facebook is full of Trump and Biden supports slagging each other off. Some Trump supporters are convinced that by hook or crook, Trump will remain as president for the next four years. And they're dragging up all kinds of slurs about Biden that could just as easily be levelled against Trump. Behaviour on both sides is not creditable to either. I also don't know whether or not to be surprised by how many Brits have taken sides in these posts. If the election was a bumpy ride, the aftermath may be a lot worse. |

I was watching this stream I found from the "Stop The Steal" Facebook group. It was just after Biden had been called and their analysis was running the Corbyn defence of a "hostile media". There was loads of other bollocks in there, too, but they also seemed quite bemused by the location. |
