Never too late! TBH I might just assume everyone wants pancakes and work backwards from there. Some of us might just have an extra large portion :DD

My count for Saturday dinner is 22.

Is that right?

We have 22 stopping in the cottage, JBR camping and someone (Trooper I think?) talked about coming for the day on Saturday so that's a potential 24?

Talking of food - I was planning on doing pancakes on the Saturday morning (e.g. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/american-pancakes) so if anyone wants in, let me know (doesn't have to be exact numbers as I'll probably make too many regardless)

If it's not too late I'm in please!

Knew I'd forgotten something. Me too please.

And I'm not keen on pancakes. So there's some flexibility to not quite feed everyone at least.

Have an absolutely fabulous time, everyone. I do so wish that things were different and we could join you or at least pop by and see you all, but please someone take lots of pictures, and keep the rest of us posted as to who wins the quiz and how this game of Kern’s goes (it sounds amazing).

Good luck with the Forum House Of Pancakes and the Yes Chefs’ cook up x x x

Really wish you could be there, Mimi-lass. We'll be sure to update you! As for pictures, er, I dunno, I've no idea if there'll be a Beexer to hand obsessively taking photos of every small occurrence, for example. ;)

What's the eating plans then? Other than the Chef's great cook-off on Saturday? I'd be happy to knock up my famous rich sausage tagliatelle for anyone who's interested. I can't bring over the usual delicious Toulouse sausage from Cardiff market, tragically, as it's more than a two hour trip, but Sainsbury's has some.

Stocked up on two bottles of sherry and two bottles of wine and a couple of fancy cheeses. Mmm.

Yay! I have the very tail end of a cold, with occasionally a cough, which cleared me some space yesterday, but is nothing to worry about, honest.

On train now. Glee.

Lots of people on train not wearing masks. Not so glee. Useless, cretinous morons. Unless I missed the Friday bulletin that it's all over now?

Also slightly upset that my relatively new X100V won't let the SD card click into place. Had so hoped to take the little wonder but looks like its the chunkier X-Pro doing the Beex pics honours this time. Blub.
