During a livestream celebrating this week’s launch of the PSVR version of the VR hit (which you can see below), Beat Games talked about its plans for adding new songs. The team said it’s already planning to add 30 news songs across three upcoming DLC packs (10 tracks a pack). The developer said each of these packs should cost around $9.99 and will hopefully arrive “soon”. The first pack is apparently locked in and the second is nearing completion.

Oh my god it's brilliant. PSVR port seems flawless so far, and the hand tracking is perhaps the most impressive I've seen from the ancient old Move controllers. I've already cleared three songs on Hard. Warning: needs quite a lot of space to play in! I had to rearrange my office and I'm still clonking into my desk occasionally.

It's definitely on the list when it pops up cheap. I enjoy rhythm action games right up to the point where they get too hard and I can't do it.

expert+ mode appears to have appeared. This doesn't seem too much harder than expert. Yet to pass a song on it, mind.

Can you put modded songs on the PS version? The gangnam style song map is great fun.

No, you cannot, which is probably not surprising as it's a hack and not officially supported.

Not a surprise, like you say. I haven't played any of the original songs since modding it to load custom song maps, it really transforms the game.
