So this is the first episode of Games animal TV. It features the back of my head as I did some filming for Dave at Revival in Walsall this year.

With personal things getting in the way, and the other people involved in the project not replying to messages or anything like that, none of my footage was used and I'm kind of glad.

It's all a bit cringey isn't it? I honestly think that Dave would be welcomed back in the gaming world and would have some interesting stories to tell... but not like this. The video would have been better finishing about 2 minutes earlier.

What do you think?

A bit?!

From a Eurogamer article about it:

Quote:
Then we fade to... bikini babes waving their breasts around for a minute and a half to a song whose lyrics are limited to: "bikini babes on beat 'em-ups. Up and down. Up and down."

Dreadful. I always thought he was pretty terrible and he hasn't got any better with age.

So bad. I heard the song via twitter (not the video) and thought it was a pisstake.

This is for real then?!

He should have left it where he belongs in the past.

It's quite something isn't it?

The video has 3.5k views so far and Dave is on Eurogamer and all over Twitter. Mr Biffo who's launching Digitiser the TV show sent off a load of press releases yesterday and has heard nothing back. Clearly there's a story to be told here so he's got it in the public eye, you've got to give him that.

Which is a real shame. Away from the camera, Dave came across as a nice guy and had some interesting stories to tell.
