My old office had an array of 9 36" plasma screens stuck to the wall of the main office that they played some looping corporate bullshit on. People who sat near it could literally feel the heat radiate from it. Apparently the power to run it cost thousands a year. No one could sit on one of the desks close to it as it would give people weird headaches. Not sure if anyone got sunburned by it, but i can imagine it being a possiblity.

I don't have kids but I definitely have too much work on. Various people are out of the office this week and I'm picking up all the slack. Plus dealing with a customer who is a die-hard Linux & Google fan and is completely anti-Microsoft.. so that's always a pleasure.

Speaking of mental images of Craster did anyone see Monday or Tuesday's Pointless?

The two gentlemen who owned the gift shop in Worthing had me imaging that's what a family gathering of Crasters would look like.

(My phone autocorrected Craster to Feaster! Which I was tempted to leave!)

I can't remember the context, but I vaguely remember once saying something about covering Craster in butter.

Is that better or worse?

I don’t own pets, and I’m not really an animal lover, so to those who love their pets like family: is this weird? I just saw it and it kind of creeped me out.

It feels massively pointless. I wonder if they also keep the bits of claws that get shed too.

Pet owners can get damned obsessive though. Since a friend of mine got a dog, she post about the dog more than her boyfriend and the dog appears in 20 times the number of photos. He even has an instagram account. Come to think of it, that's two dogs with Instagram accounts that I'm aware of just from my circle of friends.

There's a thing where you can send hair from your horses tail to someone and they turn it into jewellery. If you're mental. Bonus (crazy) points if your horse is dead at the time.
