I'm with Cavey (shock!) - I don't think the idea of having a function that allows you to hide your content from other people is a good thing (except spoiler tags, lolol) - to my mind the way the ignore function works at the moment seems like the right implementation, even though I've never used it and am therefore in no way qualified to have an opinion on its current functionality.

I would love it, if it were possible, to put threads on ignore. I think it would work so well with the proposed change in the first post. There are just certain topics that I find really upsetting, and I’d find this far better for me, personally, than putting a person on ignore, but if there was a person that you wanted to ignore and they created loads of good threads that you wanted to see, that’d Be great, but then if there was a time when, actually, it turned out that the thread and poster was perhaps unpleasant then the thread could be muted? I think I asked this before but didn’t hear back if it was possible.

I hope this makes sense, I’m just leaving the house xx

What about if we were ALL mods and could all edit or delete posts BUT there was a cooldown timer that we'd have to either wait for, or PAY to speed up (I can't think of a value but a nice round figure at some frequency would probably do it).

Gamifying beex like this would be great, maybe we could livestream it
