Thanks again yes chefs, Andy for the quiz, everyone who mucked in with cleaning etc - another great cottage weekend.

I am 8lbs up post-weekend so hopefully that will translate into MEGA GAINZ at the gym this week. 8)

Brilliant cottaging again this year. Thanks to all the usual suspects, and it was great to finally meet Wookie! Mrs Jacket was ace too.

Chef cooking is independently certified as a premier fuel for MAD GAINZ.

The burrito/s was/were awesome! My mad gainz were probably from Rach's breakfast pastries :D

Thanks everyone for another superb weekend. Props to Curio for yet another awesome quiz, the Yes Chefs! for lovely noms and to Grim... and Craster (and anyone else involved in it!) for BeEx Drink Co-op DLC - great fun.

I'll be ordering Beat Saber and probably Captain Sonar forthwith ;)

Super cottage once again, love and rockets to you all! Despite temptations of VR and Switch the simple word game Codenames had me in its thrall. Thank you for three days of amiable paradise!

Oh, and...

Thanks to everyone who organised anything. Especially Curio, Craster, Grim... and Gaywood for their parts in booking the cottage, organising the quiz, food and beex drinks. Thanks also for anyone who helped with the tidying up and cleaning. But most of all thanks to everyone who came and made it an amazing weekend! Loads of fun, games, laughs, booze, games and talking. What more can you want? Really sad not to see a few regulars there, you guys were missed! Hopefully next year! However, it was nice to see a couple of new faces! Sad to be going home, and the PCBs (post cottage blues) are starting to kick in. Hope everyone gets/got home safely.

Roll on next year.

Echoing everyone else's comments. The Cotta9e was brilliant once again.

The highlight for me was Gaywood getting increasingly annoyed when telling us the story of Craster's storage lockup. Brilliant.

Great cottage! I have the sads that it’s back to reality tomorrow.

Major props to those who did cleaning and tidying, which is an underestimated and under appreciated task.

Great work by the Yes Chefs on the burritos, which were seriously good, even if Bobby doesn’t know how to eat them.

Various highlights included:

Captain Sonar, with a great victory for TEAM BOTE.

The Flamme Rouge World Championship, which ended in an incredibly close mass finish.

The Town actually winning a Mafia game.

Beex Drink!

AJ! Featuring DOUBLE SINGHAM ACTION!

Joans and his spectacular Codenames skills.

The game of the cottage was Beat Saber. The runner up was Watching People Play Beat Saber. Honourable mentions to Telling People About Beat Saber Until Their Eyes Roll Back In Their Head and also to Getting Really Angry About Craster.

My records may be wrong. I’m fairly sure LitlChef paid me, for example.

Dear so called beex,

Thanks for a great time and a lovely welcome from everybody. Turns out you're all lovely in real life too. It's interesting now knowing the voices behind the words. And in some cases the volumes behind the words.
Looking forward to next time.

I just told my Kindle to sync, and it said "The most advanced page is blah blah from Matt's Phone at 5.54am yesterday".

I was in the garden at the time, in the rain.

I think I was a bit drunk.

Yes it was. Although Luke Skywalker did embarrass the empire at the end by just flying around their shots and never getting hit.
