I was umming about them the other month. Whether they'd work with a HDMI using box is a question I couldn't answer.

From what i can see the answer is 'yes but' ....

Basically you need the xbox block thingy that plugs into the AV out on the back of the box.

I use this on mine since the telly its plugged into doesnt have an HDMI on the back (it has a DVI) so i have a HDMI plug on the back of the xbox into the TV (image no sound) , and then the block plugged into the AV out bit of the box with a set of RCA cables going to my headphones.

** edit ** so you'd need one of these to plug in , i got the cable when i bought my first xbox but i'm not sure if its standard 'now'

They're about a tenner on eBay for official ones or a few quid from eBay or Deal Extreme for unofficial ones. The unofficial ones can cause the Xbox to reset if you change channels on the TV whilst using HDMI, which may or may not matter to you.

I've been playing it quite a bit on the PeeCee and it's not too shabby. It's nothing like STALKER though - far more similar to Half-Life 2, but with a creepy underground setting.
