Bill is another word for poster, you can pin them up or use paste, and often posters are of Superheroes.

I did wonder about that, but wasn't sure.

Calamari is normally served in rings isn't it? (I've only ever seen it frozen and battered) although I can't see anything there.

I have just thought of ink, and can see the word link, that's clutching at straws a bit though.
