I know mate, it was just an unpleasant thought, in light of the recent events. I'd hate to see a #MeToo about a tech getting handsy (please note, I did not :) )

Question for the artistic / designy types here - if i were to commission a logo for a local club, what sort of thing should I be looking to pay? Just a bit of design work for Facebook page and twitter avatars and the like, nothing hugely fancy but better than the "5 Mins in Paint" nonsense that I'm likely to be able to create.

I'm just surprised that a Google Image Search for 'Squirt Club' came up with a half-decent match. I probably wouldn't have carried that search out on a work PC though :)

Activision have a patent for a system where you will be more likely to be matched up with players who have fancy guns / avatars / stuff that you dont have so that you see it and then are encouraged to pay via microtransactions so you can have it as well.

But, er, if you’re aware of stuff going on around you, are you actually dead, other than as per the current definition for clinical death? Perhaps we need to redefine what it means to be dead.

At lunchtime when I’m at work, I like to go and sit in my car to have something to eat and play on my Switch.

Today I thought it would be a good idea to sit in the back seat as it’s a little cosier and the back windows are tinted on the Cube meaning that the Switch will look nicer. It was all going great until I tried to get out and remembered that the child locks were on.

Unless you have electric windows.

In other "doofus" news, when I'm in a car I play "Dog". Basically, when either the Grimlet or I see a dog while we're driving around we shout "Dog!" and point at it (Mrs Grim... plays too, but she's rubbish). I am BEST AT DOG, mainly because I'm driving so I'm normally looking where we're going, but anyway.

So I'm on the crowded bus to work this morning and I spot a dude walking his dog outside...

My softball chums and I have a similar game where we shout Eddie Eddie Eddie whenever we see an Eddie Stobart lorry. However I have been known to shout it out in a car on my own while on the motorway…

Well... I did go for the windows but the ignition needs to be on to activate the rear windows. Not a problem as I can reach the push button to turn the engine into 'standby' or whatever that mode is.

Tried the windows.. Nothing.

As well as the child locks I'd turned off the rear windows too.

I've played the 'Horse Game' whilst hiking many times, and had many arguments over whether a horse's head on a sign or whatever counts (of course it does).
