Is it though? Devilman would have reused the packaging if it was bubble wrap. I have a feeling that the pillow and jumper will end up in the bin.

Yup. Straight in the bin. This also applies if sellers pad their parcels with the Daily Mail or Sun. :)

The bubblewrap is ending up in the bin eventually though, and I suspect wool or other fibrous material would be better in landfill than plastic filled with air.

The bubblewrap is ending up in the bin eventually though, and I suspect wool or other fibrous material would be better in landfill than plastic filled with air.

That a modern jumper or pillow would be made of natural materials is very unlikely. 99% of knitwear now is acrylic, and the filling of most pillows is polyfill, and they’d break down slower if anything. And they’d be weightier than bubble wrap, so cost more in emissions to move it to be put into the bin. I think bubble wrap has more chance of being used multiple times as cushioning material than a jumper or old pillow, which most people are unlikely to send on as packaging material.

If that’s been written genuinely it’s quite sad as she seems to have confidence and jealously issues, and it looks like a common theme: https://www.theodysseyonline.com/thank- ... love-right

It seems interpersonal as another of her pieces tells other girls not to feel jealous of some mobile game I’ve never heard of for ‘stealing’ their boyfriends’ Time. It’s not a nice thing to read but I hope she can settle whatever is hurting her or it will impact their lives together :(

Here are 2 things by my favourite writer of the moment about wrestling (stick with it);

https://www.sbnation.com/2017/4/3/15147 ... -good-lord

Quote:
Linda is now the United States’ administrator of the Small Business Administration because Donald Trump is the president, and Donald Trump shaved Linda’s husband Vince’s head at WrestleMania 10 years ago. In other news, we’ve officially gone through the looking glass.

And this one:

This really isn't a laughing matter, but when I get to the bit about the implant,“It works with a pump hidden in my ball sack. Before sex I squeeze it about 10 times and it inflates the arteries in my penis to make it hard. It only goes down when I press the release button. I can still ejaculate as normal,” I just can’t get the image out of my head of Inspctor Clouseau dressed as the salty sea dog with the leaky inflatable parrot on his shoulder.

I’m convinced you get more flavour out of a teabag with water that’s been boiled and left to sit a minute or two (rather than pouring just boiled water into a cup with a bag).

Anyone want to science that?

You're correct, it has already been scienced I believe. 95 degrees is the correct temperature for black tea IIRC. Other types of tea need lower temperatures.
Some people will say you shouldn't boil the water at all, as it loses oxygen or some bollocks, but that is crap. Boil it, cool it a little, then steep.

Water contains bollocks? I never knew. How many bollocks in yer average tea cup and how many of them might be lost if the water is boiling? And what is it that determines whether it’s oxygen or bollocks that are lost?

I think we should be told.

When I phone eBay, at the start of the call, it always plays me the message that I assume is intend for the support agent, but it doesn't have my name, it just says in a robotic voice "When valuedcustomer answers... ". They certainly know how to make me feel special.
