Myp/comical - I would have loved to meet for a beer, but there was no chance of that as I was with clients from the moment I arrived 6pm Monday until I left 1pm Tuesday. Well, we slept in seperate rooms, but you know what I mean.

Runcle - excellent stuff! I may hold off on buying anythign for a bit, as I want to play with DMC, Forza and COD4 first.

Yeah, as you've all discovered, there are two PSUs for the 360. The original model has a 205W PSU, all the HDMI equipped ones (like the Elites and newer normal ones) have a 175W PSU. Presumably Grim... still has his 205W unit, plugged into the Elite, and we now know they are downwards compatible (which isn't surprising). Sadly your 175W PSU won't power your 205W 360, hence they made the plug not fit (to stop anything getting broken).

Bugger me.
