I apparently don't eat enough fibre.

What is tasty and full of fibre?

Bananas. Good for potassium, too.

I like fruit muesli. The oats are full of fibre.

That's an oxymoron if ever there was one.

If bananas count, then that's good. Apart from that... *looks down list* Hobnobs are my second most tapped source of fibre.

You could also try cutting out foods with a low fibre, to increase the ratio of fibre in your diet.

All I eat are bananas and hobnobs.

That may be an overstatement, I'm quite tired.

It's probably not.

Banabanobs?

I'd say bran flakes. Seriously, I think they're quite nice. Add some milk, microwave them for a bit, and you're away.

Sultana Bran is not bad for people who think Bran Flakes are too bland (can't think why), Hovis Best of Both is also quite good.

If you increase your fibre intake, make sure to increase your fluid intake as well.

Bran Flakes are beautiful and keep me regular. Yum yum yum.

Also; bananas don't have that much fibre in them. Infact I think they're "worse" than Apples. And apples are quite "bad" for fibre. Pears are pretty good though. But yeah. Bran Flakes + Whole Milk = Tasty Breakfast.

Also, remember that there's two types of Fibre. Insoluble fibre is the one that makes your poos big and soft and makes it dead easy to pass a poo the size of your arm inside of a second. God, I love bran flakes.

edit: MICROWAVE?! Pfft.

edit: BEANS!! Though I doubt you can have those everyday.

Fruit and Fibre is nice, as it has dried fruit in it (including banana!).

A cheap alternative is to buy bran flakes and a bag of sultanas and make your own heavily be-sultana-ed cereal. Yummers.

I can only eat bananas with a slight tinge of green. If they're yellow then I can't eat them.

In order for that to be at all palatable they would also have to deal with the horrible texture, and the ghastly Little Stringy Bits of Doom.

I love the artificial-tasting banana flavour you get in cough mixture and sweets.

Old but very relevant news? New Pananama Disease = thousands of people without money. Some islands would probably enter a recession and everyone would DIE. Do you want that?! DO YOU?
