I spent a fair bit of time on 1, 2 and then Black Flag - I liked Black Flag the most. Sailing ships! Pirates!

After pining after the new Zelda I decided to get Twilight Princess out for the first time in ~7 years and have spent most of the week playing through that.

Good times. (Only increasing my desire for the new one mind you.)

Yes, the best bit of the entire Assassins Creed series is the bit with the ships that's absolutely nothing like all of the rest of it.

Exactly my experience, though I know they allegedly made massive improvements to the base game with the second and third instalment and the reviews of Syndicate were pretty glowing.

My favourite bit of Ass Crud 2 was when during the ending, when Ezio the player character says he doesn't understand what's going on and the mystic future being basically tells him to shut the fuck and listen as she actually wants to convey information to Ezio's distant descendant, Desmond. It freaked me out a little bit when it happened.

Just had the mission statement from my new company's commercial director and I've never read so much rubbish in all my life. One of the three areas of focus is called "Reimagine the Future". It ends with the sentence "let's make a dent in the universe!"

There are parts of it that if you read in a Bill and Ted voice are actually quite good:

"Incumbents need to ensure core operations are running smoothly. Nothing should break. If core operations are not tranquil, nothing else will matter. "

Cobi seems to be one of the few decent quality Lego knock offs, with the added bonus of them making massive tank kits.

I'm at the Academy in Birmingham to see Patent Pending and there's a good chance we are the oldest people in the audience that haven't just come to escort their children.

Not sure if this is a good thing or not.

One of my favourite musicians at the moment is a chap called Declan McKenna. Seen him live a number of times and what you're experiencing is always true for me and my friends!

I think in the end we spotted half a dozen older people but it was a close thing.
I still had a bit of a bounce down the front.

Decided yesterday to check my water meter to see if it tallies with the sinister megaglobal utility corporation's estimate. Removed the brick and the lid only to find it's submerged in about a foot of muddy groundwater. I'm either going to have to spend an hour bailing it out or invest in an endoscope.
