Same bundle is available at game for 230, which doesn't seem too bad.

VR Titles that have blown my mind:

Superhot (£15-ish): Fucking essential. Seriously. If you only get one game get Superhot. Technodicks required. You’ll wish every game was Superhot.
Rush of Blood (£15-ish): One rails (literally) shooter that’s fucking awesome. Technodicks not required but improves the experience no end.
The Last Guardian VR (Free): If you love The Last Guardian then pretend to cry like a baby as you ride the giant cat bird dog thing. Pad only.
Kitchen demo (Free): An essential 5 minute tech demo. Get friends and family to have a go.

I haven’t played anything else more worthwhile than those. Those are the essentials. These are the worthwhile picking up pile.

I Expect You To Die (£15-ish): Puzzle-room game. I don’t normally enjoy puzzle room games but I bloody loved this. Not really essential but very good. Technodicks required.
Trackmania: If you’ve got Trackmania (if was free on PSN a while back. I hope you picked it up) there’s a VR section. It’s brilliant.

Also, sat, presumably you're trolling with The Kitchen and family schtick?

Do pay attention to if you start feeling woozy and don't try and tough it out. Stop playing until the feeling goes. Games where you aren't moving around too much are good ones to start with, Astro Bot is ideal, Superhot should also be fine.

The hardware included in that is just the Starter Pack, no Move controllers which would add another £70 on. It does include RE VII but that doesn't make up for it in terms of cost.

Rush VR is decent fun. It's a wingsuit flying game, either single player or online you hurtle down the sides of mountains and flying as close as possible to things earns you boost. Good sense of speed and whatnot and with a ton of control options. Although the default move controllers work well it's absolute murder after about ten minutes so I just went with tilting my head about.

My 7yo loves it.

Don’t let her play much, but she plays Beat Sabre from time to time, and I will play Astro Bot Robot Rescue with her too.

I am now in possession of the plaggy tube gun!

Which also means I’ve been playing Firewall and, frankly, it’s amazing. It’s like Rainbow Six Siege but paired down to the barebones - PvP 4v4 online fights with guns trying to secure/protect a laptop or PvE secure/protect a laptop. They sure love their laptops.

Communication is absolutely essential as your band of fannies infiltrate a variety of bases. It succeeds being more of a proof of concept than a long term thing but it’s absolutely fun as shit in these early days of mainstream VR gaming.

I tell you what though, the image sure suffers from being a bit blurry on the PSVR. I haven’t played in a while and it took a while to get used to a less than stellar image.

Have a lend of Astro Bot too if you like.

I'm getting pretty hyped for Ace Combat, although the VR mode is only about three hours everyone seems to come away pretty impressed from previews and it does have free flight so that'll keep me happy for a while. Ideally I'd want Birds Of Steel to be remade for PSVR, though.
