Some of the comments are amusing. A lot of entitlement and zero empathy...

There have been a few different crackdowns on sites over the last few weeks (specifically those hosting NES roms) which if you consider the best selling home console last month in the US was the NES mini does sorta put things a little more into perspective.

Splendid new Nostalgia Nerd video, about the Atari Falcon. This is a computer I was aware of existing, but really not much more than that.

Fascinating watch!

I kept watching to the end but it was very uneven and a fair bit of it didn't work. The main presenter guy annoyed me somewhat at times as well.

It probably helped a lot that Ashens featured rather prominently in the second half.

I'll stick around for the next one but there's a lot of room for improvement.

I think it's for Digitiser fans. As someone who wasn't but now knows enough to think I would, I... Quite enjoyed it. The final payoff was amazing.

I liked it. But then again I'm familiar with Mr Biffo. All the people involved were likeable too.

The pacing was a bit off, but for a first crack it was good.

After Dave Perry's recent abomination it shows how you should do a retro games show.

I've just watched the first episode of Digitiser and despite the editing and sound being a bit funky... I really enjoyed it!

I have to admit, I've never been a fan of Guru Larry but this is going someway to winning me over. I'm looking forward to episode two now.

The Ferry Arcade (and cafe next door) in Fleetwood has closed down.

First place I played R-Type, Darius, Star Wars, Gauntlet, Super Sprint...

There's a useful TL:DR :)

Quote:
I have gotten requests for a tl;dr, which slipped my mind when I wrote this. (Oopsie-daisy!)

- Long lost video interview with Robert Mruczek was found,

- Video has sat outside the control of anyone from TG since 2006,

- Mruczek shows off Billy's 1.047M tape, again, in 2006,

- Tape is covered in MAME signatures like John Hancock,

- This thoroughly discredits Team Billy's silly accusations against Dwayne Richard, which only trace back to 2009,

- This also debunks any notion that the MAME signatures were not part of Billy's original submission,

- Billy Mitchell is very disappointing.
