Using a US iTunes account on an iPhone that's currently in the UK isn't breaking any terms of service, it's completely normal and supported. Niantic could have chosen to block the game at the database level, ie. hide all the Pokestops and gyms in the UK. But it didn't. Having made that choice, it has to move forward with it, I think. |

This appears to be quite a big thing over here already, saw 6 or 7 groups of people doing Pokemon catching on my walk from my car back to the office. Apparently there is a well-guarded gym at a local bank.
