So... Did you all enjoy your free copy of the sun today then?
What utter tripe it was, there weren't even any boobs in it.

I live in Merseyside. The odds of that paper hitting my doormat are about the same as Grim... touching Holly's Willaboobies.

One through our letterbox that's gone straight in the bin.

Looked to be about 12 pages.

No, no, no! Don't put it in the bin! How ungrateful! If you don't want it, why not send it back to them at FREEPOST, THE SUN, London E98 lAX?

I'm sure they'd be grateful! :)

Apparently it's missing the "Imprint" that all newspapers are required to have by law, and as such all 22 million copies of it are illegal and could in theory cause fines of £200 per copy (£4.4 billion in total, maths fans) to be levied against Rupert Twatting Murdoch.

Well this looks entirely natural. I hope mine is on the mat when I get in as the excitement contained within this picture is bursting out and creating unbridled anticipation within me.

If that's true it is fucking hilarious.

Apparently there were 1000% more ads in the issue than normal. So it more than paid for itself several times over.

We didn't open the copy we received. It just seems like such an utter waste of paper. Mind you, we received the Yellow Pages today as well. It's about the size of one of those old people's catalogues with comfy shoes and special devices for catching spiders and doing your buttons up, but still such a waste of paper :(

I put it on the pile of free papers we use to line the guinea pigs' cage with.

I didn't get one either. It's a shame as I had nothing to put under my daughters high chair this morning to stop her food dropping on the floor.

The weekly local rag, at this time of year, goes in the pile of bbq lighting media. I think I put the sun in the recycling without even thinking, though.

Oddly I see Milliband is being slated for posing for that picture by the Liverpool contingent, but Cameron and Clegg also did a version and that passed without comment.

I think it's that Merseyside is staunchly labour, and they've always played up to being on their side. So he's basically suicided the party.

Edit: That is a total guess, if I'm remembering right, where I lived near Aigburth Park was Lib Dem for apparently historic reasons and totally fucking corrupt.

Also I'm tired, I'm drunk, and I moved away more than 4 years ago.

Got a copy in the post, ripped out the voucher for some free Coke Zero, put remains in the household recycling bin.

Agree with Mimi, what a colossal waste of trees.

Absolutely sickened to see Miliband pose with The Sun like that, then immediately apologise in such a half-arsed and pathetic way. Really hope some Labour MPs are planning a leadership coup as we speak.

I got mine today too. Straight under the high chair it went and is now covered in broccoli and pear.

I didn't even cut out the coke zero voucher as it tastes rank. (Coke zero, not the voucher)

They all have to keep on the right side of the Sun as what ever the paper supports at a general election usually wins.

Got ours last week with the council paper and it was a total waste of a tree, both went straight in the bin.
