She mentioned cuts to the dial a taxi thing for disabled/elderly. Stuff to do with trains/busses not being as frequent, something to do with going back on Social housing commitments and there was something else to do with Care as well which I can't recall, and I am sure there was something else too. It was all stuff I wasn't aware of because I thought (from Living in Devon) that he was doing a good job and was perceived as doing a good job (other than moans about stabbings in Right Wing Papers). Sorry its a bit vague, but it was a conversation we had back in August.

TFL doesn't run either trains or buses, they are all contracted out and TFL manage those contracts.

Another gripe I have is this vegetarian nonsense. I have absolutely had it up to here. Someone who really cares about the planet should eat grass-fed meat. There is no way that human beings can consume grass. It makes sense to turn the grass that grows across 60% of our country into protein, and the way to do that is to allow a sheep or cow to eat it and then consume the animal.
