Try loging in on their website :

"Upon purchase, follow the redemption instructions located in your account to activate your game."

FYI I already had the game so did not buy it from this offer but I have bought other offers from them without a problem

Yeah I refreshed the page and it's showing in my account now. Checked my junkmail and no email though. Bit shoddy.

There's a button you can click right after you pay with PayPal marked "redeem code". Try some CTRL+Shift+T if you've closed the tab since.

It's fine now, ta. I just kept getting Application Error screens which was preventing me from seeing the confirmation page.

YOU can be Kevin Bacon! Slide around on your knees for £4 on PS+ or a fiver for every other scumbag, in Vanquish. Silly price for an amazing game.

Or was it Tom Cruise...

Far Cry: Blood Dragon is about £4 as well which seems like a reet bargin if you're into that sort of thing. And by "that sort of thing" I mean I mean tediously climbing up electrical pylons.

OMFG: Twilight Struggle (the deserved number 1 game on Boardgamegeek) is £28 on Amazon

It's a daunting looking (but surprisingly simple) 2 player game that takes about 3 hours to play and demands two people who will play against each other consistently. But it is superb.

Suuuuperb. Nothing at all like it.

If your *still* unsure on getting a Vita Lewie has found that Tesco are selling refurb units on ebay for £99

And as for wanting one - have a look at how remote play works on it (links are all IGN)

Obviously early days but the NFS stuff is quite impressive.

I've had my eye on one of these for a while - and the normal price of £250 is stupid but £130 is much more tempting

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004 ... d_i=468294

Basically a large padded case with a built in screen (only 720p so worse than your mum) and the connections to have a 360 or a (late) PS3 connected and easily transportable.

Resident Evil 4 on the XBL marketplace is down to £7.49

http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Produ ... 024343081c

And Revilations is also down to £9.99

http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Produ ... 0243430833

4 has a slightly awkward camera at times but its still an amazing game , and I've only played the first few chapters of Revilations but it reminds me a lot more of early Resi games (2 or 3)

If you can buy digital games from Amazon US they have a lot of black Friday deals starting today - some choice options are

Pacman CE DX on Steam for $4.99 (£3.07)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FK69LCM

Dark Souls Prepare to die edition on Steam for $7.49 (£4.60)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00917DBUE

Ridge Racer : Unbounded on Steam for $4.99 (£3.07)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BM7JK6K

And lots of others - to buy these online you simple need to have a US address attached to your Amazon account (since its a steam code there is nothing physically shipped there)

Expect a number of other deals later in the week and on Friday (very early UK time) they will be selling BattleField 4 (Origin PC version) for $25 (so about £15) - at the moment the posts on various sites say between 2 and 6 am on Friday morning but it may return to a similar price later in the week

Post subject:  Re: Bargains, Bargains, Bargains!

Have you actually bought those? As far as I am aware, Namco Bandai (publisher of Pac Man CE and Ridge Racer Unbounded) are (alongside Deep Silver) one of the only publishers that region locks Steam keys from North America and from Europe, treating them as two seperate regions.

I don't think those keys will work on UK Steam accounts.

:-(

I've not since i already had all three games before - I've only ever had 1 'locked' game (Deep Silver's Dead Island) but if your unsure its always best to check

More than 20 dynamic pinball tables. The Humble Weekly Sale features a new deal every Thursday. Be sure to jump on this amazing offer before it’s gone! This week, pay what you want for the Pinball FX2 - Core Pack, Pinball FX2 - Zen Classics Pack, Pinball FX2 - Earth Defense Table, Pinball FX2 - Paranormal Table, Pinball FX2 - Epic Quest Table! If you pay $6 or more, you'll also receive Pinball FX2 - Marvel Pinball Avengers Chronicles Pack, Pinball FX2 - Star Wars Pack and Pinball FX2 - Marvel Pinball Pack!

I have all of these on the Xbox but I'm tempted to buy them again at that price!

It is very tempting but I just don't rate the Pinball FX stuff as actual pinball, they're more 'videogames' than pinball IMO, and now that Pinball Arcade is on the loose on Steam I'm finding it hard to justify spending even $10 on all that lot, mainly on the grounds I probably won't play them.

That said I am curious about the Star Wars tables. Hmmmm.

7 hours to go!

Its $6 so about £3.50 - but even if you dont want that you can get a chuck of tables for 60p

(I've bought it - installed it and fired it up once but i will go back and I enjoyed it on the Xbox - its not 'real' pinball but there is still fun to be had)

Stupid question alert: do you need to use Origin to take advantage of these deals?

For this one yes - and the game is only available on Windows (there is Origin for Mac but the only things I have for that are the bookworm game and Dragon Age II)

Never mind then. I refuse to use Origin as I'm pretty sure that's how my Xbox Live account got hacked. Also: EA.

Origin was a total crock of shit for a long time but it's been solid and stable for a fair few months now, I objected to it at first but ultimately I think it's daft to refuse to install what is essentially an unobtrusive and functional games delivery service on 'vague grounds'.

In fact there are loads of pretty keen deals on Origin at the moment, I wouldn't put it up there with Steam sales, but a fair few bargains to be snagged.

NFS Most Wanted for a fiver, for example.

I'd never play a game through Origin unless it was the only way to play it, and typically it's cheaper to buy Origin only games elsewhere and activate them on Origin than it is to buy them from Origin (Amazon were doing Most Wanted for £3 when the £5 Origin deal came up, for example).

If you want Xbox 'points' stuff then i think Runcle still has some to sell but if he's already sold them and you still want to spend cash on your 360 / Xbox One then Shopto are selling £15 cards for £10

Nice!

I was going to buy Star Fox 64 anyway (which normally goes for a little bit more than 20 quid).
