Shoot both. If you only have one gun, shoot the person you're pointing it at and dive toward him, then shoot the other guy.

Grimothy has some alternate domains that point here; that could help.

Sadly that probably won't help. Each site is categorised and will be blocked by category. So if the category Beex is in gets blocked I'm shit out of luck. The real kicker is if there's a URL that's not categorised it'll get blocked specifically because it's uncategorised (and thus an unknown risk). Obviously I could request that it get put in the 'Import and and Constructive and Definitely Dead Useful Financial and/or Technical Sites' category but I can't see that working out very well for me.

It might work out fine and typically they're being cagey about the details so who knows.

They will be licensing an engine from a large company that defines sites in different ways.

So if this standard website is blocked it will be blocked by category (social / games / etc) - if you find out who is doing the categorization they will have a form on their website where you can ask for this to be re-categorized

If Beex is blocked for 'games' then go there and claim its about sport (and point to the hastily re-setup sports / football forum) , etc

Or get one of the other urls pointed to something non threatening right now - get it categorized (correctly) then get Grim... to repoint it back at Beex

FYI most systems classify http://www.beexcellenttoeachother.com as 'blogs and forums' http://www.mosttriumphant.co.uk is uncategorized.

So, what's the deal with Steam Greenlight then? I understand it's a way for people to vote on which upcoming games should be available to buy on Steam but I don't understand why something like that's required. Steam's a shop so why is not a case of a developer turning up with a new game to sell and Valve just adding it to their inventory? Obviously to do that they need a description, game art, the actual binaries, etc but I'd have thought almost all of that could be collected by having the developer submit it all themselves so the overhead at Valve's end should be minimal surely?

Given that it does exist then it must be needed and I'm being a thick twat here somehow, who want to tell me exactly how I'm being stupid this time?

lots of nice buildings and hills and trees and things round there. Plus Little Valley Brewery.

The house on a hill we nearly offered on is only a few miles away but from up there the commute back for Helen would be unworkable. At least this way it's at odds with the majority volume (into manc for work, out for home).

Salary is perhaps an issue - their limit probably wouldn't cover the cost. Happiness has a bearing but 70 miles of train or car a day is a lot...

Alice Cooper Brutally Live on BBC Three just now - I'm a bit embarrassed for him really, there's a proper pensioner slouch-and-stoop going on there now, together with waistband up to his tits.

Still good music though (except Poison is now on and is being destroyed)

Regular viewers may recall me mentioning the early 80's BBC soap set on a north sea ferry, Triangle.

Just looking up what happened to the ship (well the 1st one, they changed it for series 2 and 3) and found it's still around and has a rather interesting paint job:

Oh, no, those are the black ones - they are relatively tame (though cute as heck), the red ones are ZOMGamazing. They have a higher heel but also the hidden heel and platform inside. I am about 100ft tall in them. Apart from when I stood next to russell and looked in the mirror and didn't look that tall. If he goes away though, I am sooooooo tall.
