I have my car back now, sans-damage. I noticed a scuff on the bumper while I was washing the car last week and I forgot to tell the guy about it so he could quote me on it. He hasn't fixed it for me but has offered to sort it out for me for £25 so I'll go for that at some point.

No, that's fine. I don't mind you knowing, I just don't want it on here.

Good god.

So - I want to find some Britain's farm toys for 21 month old First Born, as he's a MASSIVE tractor fan. "Tractor" was one of his first words. He also likes cows, pigs sheep etc - which is good as we have lots of farm animals around us. Anyone remember Britain's farm toys? They were aces. Still are, in fact.

I went out at lunch today to have a look - and no shops in the whole of the centre of Bristol sell them. Why the gibbering buttock crack do no toy shops sell them any more? I can get them online, but I'd rather be able to actually pick them up and look at them and check the sizes properly first.

This is a reflection of the sad decline in the recognition of the importance of the countryside. Bloody city folk.

I think you might be able to get a Teenage Mutant Ninja Tractor farm set. Or maybe a Transformers farm range.

Actually it's a reflection that after you picked them up, you'd go buy them online.

Were that the case, all shops would be empty of everything.

You're being silly now.

I almost got trapped under a pile of Playmobil boxes I was looking at to but and play withinadvertantly knocked.

I think that's why I maybe now don't want Skype. MSN is safer for me to chat to my mum as no weirdo's can randomly chat to you

I'm trying to think of the name of the store I know of that might have stuff like this - is it Natural Earth or something. I know they have one in Cardiff, which isn't exactly handy - but you could always pop there on a weekend for a shopping trip.

Anyway, there's this online which seems to cover everything you could possibly need - I suspect they even do elbow length rubber gloves!

I could message you on msn without being a friend if you didn't have "Friends only" on. Same on Skype.

Both have the option to turn that off.
