It's certainly a better use of the Dreamcast microphone than bloody Planet Ring was.

But not Mr Driller... Sitting there shouting "DIG... DIG... DIGGGGGGGGGG.." was awesome and never made me feel like an idiot!

Like the Phoenix Wright games. When you're in public, shouting "Objection!" is not as awesome as it sounds.

Whereas blowing away fingerprint powder is always awesome.

I was telling an actual CSI fingerprinty guy about the game, and he looked at me with what I can only assume was disdain.

Can anyone recommend a site that has series one of dollhouse? I have succesfully managed to mention it so subtlely that now it is being pitched to me as if it was her idea. Score. So need to see if it is any good.

It is good, but it takes a while to get really good. The first 6 or so episodes are a slow burn (which, personally, I still liked but other people seemed to object to).

I use mininova, and most of the best caps tend to come from eztv

The first episode is a direct download on this very site:

Awesome cheers guys. I don't mind about a slow start because Eliza Dushku is in it so I will happily watch it just for the perv ;)
I only use mininova and only for TV shows really but I always end up buying the DVDs as well so I have never bothered finding out about other torrent sites. Also there is the fact that I am nowhere near as geeky as most of you :smug: (this is how I justify asking daft questions)

I've been digging Mininova, but my fave HD TV show (well, not fave per se, but it's nice in HD) is now locked down. Need Immortal Seed(?) membership. And that seems to be invitation-only. :nerd: :nerd: :nerd:

http://www.seedpeer.com/details/2582020 ... et%5D.html

Looks like this place also does the larger downloads (although ep 6 is not there yet)

One more thing to add to the various pirate stuff (not sure if this is better in here than on the pc gaming thread?) -

Borderlands PC has gotten into some customers hands mainly by stores selling it too soon , however due to all the DRM crud on there they cant actually play the legitimate copy they have bought , and the makers take on it ? - tough you shouldnt have it yet

Another pointer to the fact your 'renting' and not actually buying any of these games , it also makes it really easy at the other end for these people to turn off the game and you can no longer play it

Story on Kotaku : http://kotaku.com/5387828/snag-an-early ... playing-it

A number of people posting saying to just grab the no-cd crack and play it that way :-)

Does this mean vinyl is dead? That wont help the record companies any.

SL-1210's are the industry standard. If they're stopping making them because DJs would rather use a laptop or CDJs than turntables then it doesn't say much for the future of vinyl. The reason it's shite for the record companies is that vinyl is a bitch to reproduce (you obviously can't do it at home) & because it's analog every copy reduces the quality*. It's a near perfect form of rights management. You dig?

*Obviously I'm ignoring the fact that you can plug the line out from your mixer straight into your sound card & create a digital copy, because why would you when you can duplicate/rip a cd or download an mp3 & have a perfect or near perfect copy.
